Classes 
All classes have a maximum of 4 participants ensuring a high level of attention and supervision at all times.

Each class runs for 60 minutes in duration. Please ensure you bring a towel and wear socks to all classes.

Sessions purchased as a block are valid for all classes and have a 3 month expiry period.

Exercise Rehab
In this class all the exercises are specifically tailored to your body’s needs. The focus of this class is really on changing movement patterns to improve your symptoms.You will get the chance to use all the various pieces of equipment in the studio to maximise your movement experience
Circuit
This is a fun, dynamic class designed to work all areas of the body. The class is made up of different exercise stations and exercises are performed for a set duration before moving onto the next one. The exercises are varied, using all the different pieces of equipment in the studio including the pilates reformer.

Pilates Stick
This class takes traditional mat pilates to a whole new level by simulating exercises normally reserved for equipment based pilates. The Pilates stick system uses arm and leg straps which are anchored to the wall via a spring there by adding intensity to your work out making it more effective, creative and fun! Inspired to Move is pleased to offer this unique and innovative class as an alternative to traditional mat style pilates.
